Communicable Diseases: safety and well-being
As we continue the shift to enable more working on premises, we are aware that those who are returning to the workplace for the first time may feel nervous and have questions and concerns about their personal circumstances. For anyone in this position, your manager will be able to discuss what practical arrangements you can expect to be in place on your return and also listen and respond to any questions or anxieties you may have.
If you have any concerns about your personal health and wellbeing with regard to your return to work, please raise the matter with your manager. The University has provided a form that you can complete together. Please click on the following link and download the Covid-19 Risk Assessment from the list provided. The form itself contains all the instructions that you will need. Link: Occupational Health Forms.
The Stay Safe Cambridge University webpages are kept up-to-date with the latest guidance.
You can find information about walk-in vaccination clinics in the local area (for anyone aged over 18) here.

The University has published some guidance on looking after your / your team’s mental health while working predominantly from home. Please do look at them / use them and refer to them.
Our Safety Team have also produced an excellent guide for safe working at home (which includes a link to the required risk assessment for working at home).
